Question: Can all non-elite skills be unlocked through quests, or are there some that -must- be purchased?

I'm standing at the Courthouse right now and there are five skills here--three elementalist and two mesmer--that I want but I can't find their corresponding quest.

Do they even have a quest? ;P

It seems any Skill Trainer that is out of the way (like Grendich Courthouse), must be bought.

Here's a list with most of the skills that can be obtained from quests:

Almost anything that's not on that list is unquestable, or in a quest that's out of the way of your main journey.

Also, watch for skills that can be captured instead of bought to get them easier. Lightning orb wasnt until henge of denravi, but i nabbed it from the boss at great northern wall . =)
